MovementRX and COVID-19

The following steps have been implemented to keep us all safe and to let you know what you can expect before, during and after your appointment.

1. I have carried out COVID-19 training policies and procedures.

2. Once you have made a booking you will receive an email confirmation, within the email is a COVID-19 Health Screening link. Please fill in the form no more than 12 hours prior to your appointment.

3. Temperature checks will be taken on arrival and recorded. If your temperature is above 37.8 degrees or you have any associated symptoms, you will be asked to return home as per government guidelines.

4. Facemasks are mandatory for the duration of the appointment.

5. Please hand sanitise upon arrival and minimise touching surfaces.

6. Please message me when you are approx. 2 minutes away to minimise waiting times in communal areas.
